General Counsel Consulting Solutions (GCCS) is a unique legal practice that provides expert in-house legal services, direction and planning to companies who haven’t committed resources to a full time legal department, but have complex issues requiring experienced counsel.
Our business model is unique in that we do not charge by the hour. Rather, we agree upon a flat monthly fee and are available 24/7 to all personnel in the client’s organization. We believe that a flat monthly rate is the best way to align our client’s interest with ours. We are motivated to provide efficient, quality legal advice, NOT just rack up hours.
Our goal is to be involved early and often so that we can help our clients avoid problems. We believe that the only way to truly do that is to be available without extra charges so clients feel free to ask any and all questions in order to raise potentially important issues.

Our long-term relationships with several large law firms allow us to provide clients the highest level of services at a fraction of the cost. These firms are willing to provide free support (associate time, research, forms, etc.) in exchange for introductions and assistance in building client relationships.
